The service department provides an excellent experience, including check in (Wendy is terrific) a nice waiting area with snacks/coffee, reasonable service prices. As far as sales, would not purchase a car from Ganley Honda due to the "Additional Dealer Profit" that's tacked on to most of its new cars. I'm pretty sure Honda does not approve of this practice, but Ganley, during this period of low new car inventory, can get away with it. Leaves a sour taste But would absolutely recommend the service dept.

I had a routine scheduled service today. It was easy to schedule on the website and I got an appointment the very next day. Check-in was quick, the waiting area was clean, quiet, and pleasant. I took advantage of the free wifi and snacks while I waited. My service rep kept me informed of my car's progress and I was out the door in just over an hour!


They were quick they repaired/changed my oil and what was need and they kept me informed throughout the process! 10 out of 10 recommend their service department!

Dan Ciolek did an excellent job helping me buy out my lease and buy my Honda Civic. He went above, and beyond, was very knowledgeable, kind, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend Ganley Honda North Olmsted and Dan Ciolek one of the finance managers!

I had a lease to exchange - was sad to see the Honda Fit go away but Tiffany helped me determine my next vehicle and was great at making it a speedy, hassle-free process.

Had my routine scheduled service today. Online scheduling was easy and convenient, check-upon arrival was simple, waiting room (and wifi) was clean and comfortable, service took slightly less time than expected (even with a tire that unexpectedly needed patched), and James in Service Dept was great at explaining everything. We worked with Tiffany to buy a 2023 black Honda HRV. We put a deposit down on December 15th and received our car on February 7th. It took awhile but we were glad we waited for the color and model we wanted. Tiffany was our sale's woman. She was very informative and efficient. She talked a little too fast for me to understand all the information she was going over with us. The buying process was long (almost 3 hours) but overall it was fine. Thank you Ken Ganley Honda!

Bobby was a very friendly salesman. We really liked him. The only thing that really upset us was that after patiently waiting over a month for the car we ordered, we were informed that our monthly payment would go up because the value of our turn in went down during that time period. Overall, a good experience. In and out quickly. The service rep called back in a short time, and we were done. Upon departure, all other cars were dripping from being washed--mine, no. Car does run a bit better though.
