The staff here is fantastic. Very helpful. Not sure I’ll buy a Honda again though. We’ve had two parts fail after only four years and neither was covered by the warranties. If I wanted to buy a car that was having parts fail immediately I’d have bought a gm and saved a few grand. Again, the staff here is incredible. Very nice people. I paid cash for my automobile. Initially dealt with Thomas to do a test drive of an Accord. Drove up to the dealership 3.5 weeks later to start the buying process. Thomas wasn't in that day, but worked with Juvaree to buy the last blue Accord SE on the lot that day. Didn't get much of a run around. I love the service, courtesy, and respect that I have received from this dealership repeatedly. This is not where I bought my vehicle, but this is certainly where I take my vehicle to be serviced. My original dealership does not do any of these things for me. Taking your car in it’s kind of like going to the dentist. It’s nothing that anybody ever really wants to do but something that’s so necessary. This dealership has made it a pleasant experience.
We traded in my wife’s 2020 CRV for a New 2025 CRV, Jeff and the sales staff made the purchase easy and quick.

Checking out was the worst. We do not agree to be charged 2% to use our credit card. Using a check was a nightmare for both customer and staff member who was taking care of me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told my check was denied . WHAT? I was given a number to call. The person on the other end of this number would not give us any information on why he refused my check. Get rid of this 3rd party company!

Brought car in 20k mile maintenance. Asked them to look at weatherstripping for rear door wind noise. They claimed there’s no issue and did nothing to resolve. Very disappointed that my concern was not taken seriously or addressed..

I bought a 2021 Honda Civic from here back in February. I paid cash for my car and it is fully paid off. The car was sold to me with tire problems which I wasnt notified of. Also it has been almost 3 months since date of purchase and I still haven't received my car title.
Tiffany is the best sales associate and makes the process of getting a new car so smooth. She is personable and really understands what you need. I have new been more comfortable with a cars sale person. She makes sure to answer any all questions you have.

Buying my 2022 Honda CR-V was a pleasure. The staff in the sales and service departments are polite. However, I called because my car has a bad ball bearing (at only three years old!) I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer over Christmas and have not been driving my car (nor has it been driven by anyone else) since the middle of December 2024. It was a great experience with people that cared about my opinion and genuinely wanted the best for me, truly made buying my car a wonderful time.
We have had our Hondas serviced here since 2013 and have never been disappointed with quality of workmanship. Their mechanics have kept our vehicles running in top shape through the years. The service personnel are always courteous and knowledgeable about what needs attention.
Be careful on a lease they will sell you a package for oil changes for $550 but neglect to tell you that the first 2 are free anyway, so it’s not worth it. The. When you cancel that add in they say 8-10 weeks for a refund. At the end of the 8 weeks then they say, oh you’ll get the refund if $540 at the end of the 3 year lease! Even though I paid for it separate.
Epic highly recommend ! James is awesome and very transparent - there are no reindeer games that go on there !
Had 1pm pickup time and waited hour before even being seen this is too long but place was busy. Then another hour for sales stuff which is probably expected but not liked. Salesman Kyle and finance lady were both top notch. Really would have appreciated having the full tank of gas Kyle said would happen but only 2/3 full.
I was lured in with the idea of the first three oil changes were to be free. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. During that time I went over the 24k miles limit for the third free change. I am at 24800. $95 later this dealership was still trying to up sell me on other services. I will not us them again.

Just had my car in for some maintenance work and a recall notice. I ate next door (Olive Garden) while the work was being performed and came back an hour later to pick up my car. Very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and speed with which the work was performed.

The people at North Olmsted are very cordial and polite and they tell you exactly what's going on. They tell you exactly what's wrong with your car what needs to be done immediately what can wait and they leave it up to you what you want to get done first. They're not pushy and they don't demand that you get it done immediately. I appreciate that because I've been elsewhere and they demand that I get it done Ganley is not like that and all of the people there are very nice.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at the dealership and working with Daniel Crites. He was super helpful, supportive, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated that the branch manager and Financial Business Manager took the time to meet with me and discuss various financial options. Even though now wasn’t the right time for me financially, I truly valued their transparency and professionalism. I look forward to returning in the future when the timing is better.
