Was greeted with a smile upon arrival quick check in. Didn't have to wait to long for service to be completed They did wash the car but did not dry it.

I have purchased my last two CRV's from Ganley Honda and have had both of them serviced at the dealership, as well. Ron, the GM, is extremely professional and always helpful. Buying my 2022 Honda CR-V was a pleasure. The staff in the sales and service departments are polite. However, I called because my car has a bad ball bearing (at only three years old!) I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer over Christmas and have not been driving my car (nor has it been driven by anyone else) since the middle of December 2024. This Ganley dealership has wonderful staff which is very friendly, professional, and considerate — from the office staff to the service team . Dealing with salesman, Marc Rhia, was easy and smooth! He wasn’t pushy, never overstepped. He was very personable, easy to talk with, genuine and very helpful. Anything we asked, he answered. It was a great experience with people that cared about my opinion and genuinely wanted the best for me, truly made buying my car a wonderful time.

We have had our Hondas serviced here since 2013 and have never been disappointed with quality of workmanship. Their mechanics have kept our vehicles running in top shape through the years. The service personnel are always courteous and knowledgeable about what needs attention.

Be careful on a lease they will sell you a package for oil changes for $550 but neglect to tell you that the first 2 are free anyway, so it’s not worth it. The. When you cancel that add in they say 8-10 weeks for a refund. At the end of the 8 weeks then they say, oh you’ll get the refund if $540 at the end of the 3 year lease! Even though I paid for it separate.

Had 1pm pickup time and waited hour before even being seen this is too long but place was busy. Then another hour for sales stuff which is probably expected but not liked. Salesman Kyle and finance lady were both top notch. Really would have appreciated having the full tank of gas Kyle said would happen but only 2/3 full.

I was lured in with the idea of the first three oil changes were to be free. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. During that time I went over the 24k miles limit for the third free change. I am at 24800. $95 later this dealership was still trying to up sell me on other services. I will not us them again.

All staff was not polite and Customer service. The one lady act like she couldn’t help me because the other lady had my car information. She act like she couldn’t answer a question. She said she has your paperwork very rude.

Just had my car in for some maintenance work and a recall notice. I ate next door (Olive Garden) while the work was being performed and came back an hour later to pick up my car. Very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, and speed with which the work was performed.

The people at North Olmsted are very cordial and polite and they tell you exactly what's going on. They tell you exactly what's wrong with your car what needs to be done immediately what can wait and they leave it up to you what you want to get done first. They're not pushy and they don't demand that you get it done immediately. I appreciate that because I've been elsewhere and they demand that I get it done Ganley is not like that and all of the people there are very nice.

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at the dealership and working with Daniel Crites. He was super helpful, supportive, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated that the branch manager and Financial Business Manager took the time to meet with me and discuss various financial options. Even though now wasn’t the right time for me financially, I truly valued their transparency and professionalism. I look forward to returning in the future when the timing is better. Highly recommend this dealership for their excellent customer service!

I was disappointed to find out that the promised (2) oil changes had an expiration date. I change my oil when my car tells me to and I had to pay for my second oil change that I thought was going to included with my purchase.

Our service advisor Wendy is the best!! She is kind, helpful and excellent customer service.

Mike Landino was very helpful throughout the entire process. he was up front about the fact that less work was needed than initially believed and my final cost was reduced. Dealerships get bad reputations for over charging but Mike convinced me that Ken Ganley Honda is the exception. I will let everyone know about my experience.

I’ve done several updates since then it is now February 7 so I presume that they don’t want to do anything about the situation which is sad because I didn’t know the person who used to own the dealership prior to Ken Ganley, have he owned it still I think this would be a different situation and it would’ve been resolved to some degree

Ganley Honda provides an excellent experience. The sales and service teams are great to work with.

We have been going to Ganley Honda for 10 years. Our 2012 Civic has 170k miles and Ganley provides our routine maintenance. Our 2012 Insight had 195k miles before being totaled by Bambi’s brother on the highway. Ganley also provided routine maintenance for the Insight and warranty replaced the engine at 70k miles, replaced ball joints at 140k miles, and replaced rear shocks at 190k miles. We purchased a new 2025 Civic Hatchback Hybrid to replace the Insight. Great customer service!
