Dealership is clean and friendly. Service takes too long though. 2 hour wait for an oil change today.
Buying my 2022 Honda CR-V was a pleasure. The staff in the sales and service departments are polite. However, I called because my car has a bad ball bearing (at only three years old!) I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer over Christmas and have not been driving my car (nor has it been driven by anyone else) since the middle of December 2024. In late March I noticed how it was loud at 40 mph and above. I had my tires rotated since I thought that might have been the problem. It wasn't. I took it to my mechanics in April and they told me it was the ball bearings. When I called the dealership, I was told that my car was past warranty by two weeks. My mileage was more than 4,000 miles UNDER the warranty and i was two weeks past the date of purchase. I explained my illness and how that prohibited my ability to get in touch with them in a timely manner (dealing with HR, my inability to work, insurance, hospitals, etc.). They were correct in the letter of the law, or warranty, but there was no compassion or personal care. My last car was a twelve-year-old Toyota Camry and I never had to change a ball bearing on that car. This will be my last Honda or car from a Ganley establishment.

This Ganley dealership has wonderful staff which is very friendly, professional, and considerate — from the office staff to the service team . I have never been disappointed with my maintenance appointments there. The building is meticulous inside and out. Lovely quiet waiting area with free coffee and snacks is a nice bonus. So happy I got my Accord there 5 years ago … best car ever.
Dealing with salesman, Marc Rhia, was easy and smooth! He wasn’t pushy, never overstepped. He was very personable, easy to talk with, genuine and very helpful. Anything we asked, he answered. He tried to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. Sales manager, Tim, was also wonderful. He was very responsive in texts prior to our arrival as well as once we arrived. He answered every question tried to get us the best deal possible and get us where we needed wherever he could. He was very helpful, kind, understanding and heard us when we spoke. He also never tried to push anything. To me these were big deals when it comes to making a sale. Last but not lease, Kelly in finance, also wonderful! She again was not pushy, never tried to upsell anything or force extras. She was personable, fun, easy going and efficient. From start to finish we were there a few hours which is pretty good but it certainly did not feel long. My husband and I both walked away happy and very impressed with this dealership and the team we worked with. They were incredible. We highly recommend this team and location. They made everything smooth and a breeze!

We have had our Hondas serviced here since 2013 and have never been disappointed with quality of workmanship. Their mechanics have kept our vehicles running in top shape through the years. The service personnel are always courteous and knowledgeable about what needs attention.
Be careful on a lease they will sell you a package for oil changes for $550 but neglect to tell you that the first 2 are free anyway, so it’s not worth it. The. When you cancel that add in they say 8-10 weeks for a refund. At the end of the 8 weeks then they say, oh you’ll get the refund if $540 at the end of the 3 year lease! Even though I paid for it separate.
Epic highly recommend ! James is awesome and very transparent - there are no reindeer games that go on there !
