I paid cash for my automobile. Initially dealt with Thomas to do a test drive of an Accord. Drove up to the dealership 3.5 weeks later to start the buying process. Thomas wasn't in that day, but worked with Juvaree to buy the last blue Accord SE on the lot that day. Didn't get much of a run around. Bob contacted me a week later to let me know that the optional packages were ready--all season package 1 and body side molding. There was an oversight on the body side molding, but they made good on letting me take the car home and make an appointment to bring the car back in to the service center to have the body side molding package installed. Once the price was agreed upon, the purchase process went fairly quick. No trade in, no financing, or home delivery, so I couldn't rate those areas.
I love the service, courtesy, and respect that I have received from this dealership repeatedly. This is not where I bought my vehicle, but this is certainly where I take my vehicle to be serviced. My original dealership does not do any of these things for me. Taking your car in it’s kind of like going to the dentist. It’s nothing that anybody ever really wants to do but something that’s so necessary. This dealership has made it a pleasant experience.
We traded in my wife’s 2020 CRV for a New 2025 CRV, Jeff and the sales staff made the purchase easy and quick.

It was a very long wait for an oil change and tire rotation. I have a new car and was surprised with only 1 free oil change. My former Honda dealership gave me 3y/36/mi of free oil changes. It was fine.

The service department is great! Checking out was the worst. We do not agree to be charged 2% to use our credit card. Using a check was a nightmare for both customer and staff member who was taking care of me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I was told my check was denied . WHAT? I was given a number to call. The person on the other end of this number would not give us any information on why he refused my check. Get rid of this 3rd party company! Finally, Ted, from the service department, let me know that since I have been a long standing customer, he was going to accept my check. My CRV is my first car I bought from Honda in 2013. This car has been very good to me. .I bring it to N.O. Ganley for service so it will stay in great shape! I have never had a problem with this service department. Keep up the great work you all do! Had a young man named Tommy help me look at a few cars for the past few days and he never pressured me into any car answered all my questions and just very respectful and after those few days I went back and bought a car from him now a happy owner of a Honda accord hybrid thanks for the great service Ken Ganley Honda
